The fjord cruise takes our passengers for a close up view of the waterfalls known as The Seven Sisters, The Bridal Veil and The Suitor. On the cruise you will also be able to admire many of the abandoned fjord and mountain farms along the fjord.
We offer a drop-off and pick-up service for passengers wishing to visit one of the fjord farms on their own.
Information about the scenery and landmarks will be given in five different languages.

The duration of the fjord cruise is approximately 1½ hours, and it is possible to buy light refreshments on board.

THE SEVEN SISTERS
It is a very special experience to stand on the boat deck and feel the spray from the waterfalls. The highest of the Sisters has a free fall of 250m.

THE SUITOR
According to legend, The Suitor tried to propose to The Sisters on the opposite side of the fjord – but never succeeded. The cruise passes The Suitor at an arm’s length.

THE PULPIT ROCK
A mountain formation, close to Skageflå.

SKAGEFLÅ
Skageflå is the best known fjord farm and the most popular fjord farm hike. The King and Queen of Norway celebrated their silver wedding at Skageflå in 1993, and the Queen has visited the farm on several occasions since then.

KNIVSFLÅ
This fjord farm lies next to The Seven Sisters waterfall and directly opposite the Skageflå fjord farm. Knivsflå is approximately 250m above sea level.

BLOMBERG
Blomberg fjord farm can be reached via a steep path from the fjord. The farm is 450m above sea level, and from here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Geirangerfjord, including The Seven Sisters, The Bridal Veil and The Suitor.

MATVIK
Matvik lies close to the water, almost at the end of the Geirangerfjord. This was the last farm to be abandoned, as late as 1961. It was a fertile farm that at one time had 150 plum trees. They even grew apricots here!

THE EAGLE ROAD
This road has 11 hairpin bends, the highest of which is called The Eagle Bend. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the fjord, towards the Pulpit Rock and The Seven Sisters. It is perfect for spotting cruise ships on their way into the Geirangerfjord.
